There is a large master suite with en-suite bathroom, a medium sized bedroom with bunk beds and pull out bed (allowing to sleep 3 kids), and a 3rd bedroom bedroom with a single bed.
All room are bright, freshly painted and have brand new bedding. The guest bathroom is a “wet room” with shower.
The kitchen is designed for short stays, easy to clean down, with oven/microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are 2 electric hobs that can be plugged into pop up sockets, and put away when not using. In the utility area, there is a washer/dryer.
A wooden deck allows you to be outside more and enjoy the South East orientation perhaps with morning Yoga or just a relaxing coffee on the lounge chairs.
The location offers so much – for beach lovers, there is a private access to the beach. For gold lovers we are no more than 10 minutes drive to all the great courses in Sotogrande, or a 15 minute drive to Alcaidesa or San Roque Club. For Foodies, you are spolit for choice in Torreguadiaro from great steaks, to Hawaiian Poke, to Traditional Tapas, to Modern Tapas, to Indian Food, to Beachfront Chiringuitos.
The Urbanization of Playaguadiaro has charming turtle ponds, and well kept grounds. We have the largest swimming pool in the area open from Mid June to Mid September, as well as 2 tennis courts, and off-street parking withing the gated community.
